It’s as easy as 1-2-3! As a Growth Group leader, you’ll simply provide a place for people to connect with others. Growth groups run for approximate nine weeks – this time around we are asking for new leaders to make a six week commitment. We’ll provide you with all the coaching and training you need to run a successful group!
Our group semester is already underway and our next big launch will be closer to September. We will be providing new training for all new leaders close to our fall launch. The training is one-hour and will help equip you as a new group leader.
As a growth group leader, we will also provide you with a DVD study that contain everything you need to lead a new group. The DVD will provide short lessons that go along with the weekend talk, short prayers for you to use during each group meeting, Bible verses, and discussion questions. We have you covered!
